Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund:
Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.

or an authorized lulucut seller.
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
After the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 48 business hours), your refund will be processed.
Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 2–14 business days to appear in your account.
Return Process

Contact us at sales@tuocutlery.com with your return request and reason. For items that are defective or damaged, you must provide photos or videos as proof. If proof is not provided, the return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse,” and you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may incur a 15% restocking fee as well as any shipping costs covered by us.
2. Ship the Item Back:
Once your return request is approved, please ship the item back to us using a prepaid method. COD (cash on delivery) shipments will be refused.
3. Inspection and Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or process an exchange if the return conditions are met.
Exchange Policy

lulucut guarantees that lulucut products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
The lulucut Lifetime Warranty applies only to products purchased from lulucut or its authorized dealers, unless otherwise required by law. lulucut reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
lulucut may require you to provide proof of purchase to demonstrate a valid warranty claim.
What does the lulucut Lifetime Warranty not cover?
The lulucut lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents; damage resulting from product modification or alteration; nor damage caused by unauthorized service centers.
