Important Notes:

1. Shipping services are unavailable for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2. Delivery times do not include 1-2 business days required for order processing.

3. We make every effort to deliver your package promptly. However, additional time may be needed due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues.

4. If your package remains undelivered 40 days after ordering, you must contact customer service within 180 days of purchase.

5. If an order is refused, we will charge a $10 fee per order and refund the remaining balance to you.
